We hope you will be completely happy with the products you have chosen, but under the terms of the Distance Selling Directive if you change your mind you may cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the items. We are only able to accept returns if the products are unopened and undamaged. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind you will need to pay the return delivery charge, but as soon as the returned products are received we will refund the full amount that you have paid (including the original delivery charge). We are unable to accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods, so you are strongly advised to use a postal service with adequate tracking and insurance cover.
The refund will be issued upon product arrival.
We make every effort to ensure the products you have chosen reach you in perfect condition. If the products arrive damaged or are not as ordered we will replace them or issue a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. If you wish to make a claim you must notify My Vegan Dulce de Leche within 3 days of receiving the items on 077561496355 or myvegandulcedeleche@gmail.com.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
