What to do with My Vegan Dulce de Leche?

My Vegan Dulce de Leche is made with organic coconut milk and brown sugar from a recipe that I developed myself, is suitable for vegans and also for people with a lactose intolerance.
The end result is a silky, sticky and decadent spread, with a mild aroma of coconut and vanilla and a rich caramel colour.
You would eat My Vegan Dulce de Leche on bread, toasted or not, pancakes, crumpets, crackers, with peanut butter, any-nut butter, waffles, with fruit, banana in particular, as a filling for cakes, to make or accompany desserts, ice cream or straight from the jar!
