My name is Cintia, I am Vegan Crazy and this is my Vegan Dulce de Leche.
Dulce de Leche is Spanish for ‘Sweet Milk’, a popular caramel spread from South America, prepared by slowly heating milk and sugar. This is my vegan version, made with coconut milk, from my own recipe.
I am an award winning producer with awards by the Guild of Fine Foods (The Great Taste) on my vegan Dulce de Leche (original recipe), my vegan ‘Alfajores’ and three of my vegan Fudges: Vanilla, Ginger and Lemon and ‘All Inclusive’ (fudge loaded with nuts, seeds and berries)
I am very excited to share with you my latest creations!
A new (or improved) Dulce de Leche and my vegan ‘Sea Salty’ Dulce de Leche, both of a smooth and silky texture with a mild aroma of coconut.
They are ideal for spreading on bread, toast (with peanut butter!), crumpets, crackers, pancakes. They are delicious with fruit, especially banana (sprinkled with nuts!), also with ‘churros’, waffles, and ice cream. They can be used as a filling for cakes or to make ‘alfajores’ ( another Argentinian confectionary), banoffee pie, etc. or just eaten with a spoon, straight out of the jar.
Veganism is my passion, and saving all Animals my drive.
